Surface preparation
Clean and degrease the surface
Remove dust, rust, and grease completely
Sand if necessary and allow to dry
Remove loose, flaking, or brittle old coatings
Untreated plastics: use a special primer
Application
Shake the can vigorously for 2 minutes
Test spray (e.g., on cardboard)
Apply several thin cross coats from a distance of approx. 15 cm
Drying Times
Dust dry: approx. 15 minutes
Flash-off time between coats: approx. 20 minutes
Fully cured: 24–48 hours
Recoatability
Can be recoated with itself at any time
If required, can be overcoated with clear lacquer after 15 minutes
After use
Turn the can upside down and spray until the valve is empty to prevent clogging
Coverage
200 ml covers approx. 1 m² (one coat)
Depending on substrate, color shade, and film thickness
