COLORS Zinc spray, grey matte, 400ml spray can

Preparation

• The substrate must be sanded, completely clean, dry, and free from rust, dust and grease.

• Remove any flaking or brittle old coatings.

Spray Application

• Shake can vigorously for 2 minutes.

• Test spray (e.g. on cardboard).

• Apply 2–3 thin coats in cross-coat technique from approx. 25 cm distance.

• Allow flash-off between coats.

• Multiple layers increase corrosion protection.

Drying Times

• Dust-dry: after approx. 10 min.

• Touch-dry: after approx. 20 min.

• Fully cured: after approx. 24 hours.

Further Processing

• Can be overcoated with topcoats after approx. 15 min drying time.

• Can be recoated with itself at any time.

End of Work

• After use, turn can upside down and spray valve empty to prevent paint from drying in the nozzle.

Coverage

• 400 ml covers approx. 2 m².

• Depending on substrate, color shade and layer thickness.
