Rodaro’s Sealing Primer is designed to block persistent stains like watermarks, nicotine, tar, and smoke. With high insulating power, it seals surfaces effectively and prevents bleed-through to topcoats. It adheres well to various materials including plaster, concrete, wood, and hardboard, making it ideal for renovations indoors and outdoors.
Thanks to the adjustable spray nozzle, it enables precise, clean application. The primer dries quickly and offers excellent coverage, allowing fast recoating and efficient workflow. It can be overcoated with most dispersions and lacquers, providing a reliable base for further finishes.

Application
Preparation | • Surface must be sanded, clean, dry, and free from rust, dust, grease, and loose coatings. Remove flaking or brittle layers. |

Spray Application | • Shake can vigorously for 2 minutes. Test spray (e.g. on cardboard). • Apply 2–3 thin cross-coats from approx. 25 cm. • Allow flash-off time between passes. |
Drying Times | • Dust-dry: after approx. 10 minutes • Tack-free: after approx. 15 minutes • Recoatable: after approx. 15 minutes • Sandable: after approx. 20 minutes |
Further Processing | • Can be recoated with itself at any time • Wet or dry sanding after approx. 20 minutes • Wet-on-wet application after approx. 15 minutes |
End of Work | • Turn can upside down and spray until only propellant comes out to clear nozzle and avoid clogging |
