COLORS Shiny Zinc, 400ml spray can

Preparation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from rust, dust, and grease.

• Lightly sand and remove any loose or flaking paint.

Spray Application

• Shake the can vigorously for about 2 minutes before use.

• Test the spray on cardboard or a hidden area.

• Apply 2–3 thin, even coats from a distance of approx. 25 cm using a cross-coat technique.

• Allow short flash-off times between coats.

• Multiple layers increase corrosion protection.

Drying Times

• Dust-dry: approx. 10 minutes

• Touch-dry: approx. 20 minutes

• Fully cured: after approx. 24 hours

Further Processing

• Can be overcoated after approx. 15 minutes.

• Can be recoated with itself at any time.

End of Work

• After use, turn can upside down and spray valve empty to prevent paint from drying in the nozzle.

Coverage

• 400 ml covers approx. 2 m².

• Depending on substrate, color shade and layer thickness.
