Application

Preparation

• Substrate must be sanded, completely clean, dry, rust-free, dust-free and grease-free.

• Remove loose or brittle old coatings.

• On untreated substrates, use a suitable primer if necessary.

• For plastics, apply a special plastic primer beforehand.

• Always test adhesion and compatibility on an inconspicuous area.

Spray Application

• Shake can vigorously for 2 minutes. Test spray (e.g. on cardboard).

• Apply several thin cross-coats from a distance of approx. 15 cm.

• Allow approx. 5 minutes flash-off time between coats.

Drying Times

• Dust-dry: after approx. 10 minutes

• Flash-off time between coats: approx. 5 minutes

• Fully cured: after approx. 12 hours

Further Processing

• Can be recoated with itself at any time.

• If required, can be overcoated with clear lacquer after approx. 10 minutes.

End of Work

• After use, turn can upside down and spray valve empty to prevent paint from drying in the nozzle.

Coverage

• 400 ml covers approx. 3 m² (one spray coat).

• Depending on substrate, color shade and layer thickness.
